FieryWyrm
I really like the hot springs around the area between Riften and Windhelm and it's probably one of my favorite places in Skyrim. However I noticed that when using Frostfall they don't seem to warm you up any bit. Being how they are hot enough to be bubbling up in small geysers I didn't like that they didn't have any special function. I wouldn't look for immediately warm in a blizzard kind of heat just about enough to keep to alive when your freezing cold.
amakachao
The water part of the hot springs don't warm you but the air vents (cracks in ground with hot hair streaming out) it does warm you up in Frostfall.. Are you sure you have everything installed? SKSE?
dovahgee
I agree. I've played with Frostfall installed and anytime you swim in cold water you get cold. Likewise you should warm up some in the hot springs but not enough to completely warm you up since you are wet. Plus there are two hunters enjoying the hot springs too and they seem to be nice and warm.
