TheDrunkenMagi
Ever since the 1.4.132 update I can't get my game to work past the loading screen (Can't load my current save file as well as even start a new game). I have updated my F4SE to match this update, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled all of my mods. The game doesn't work even if I have all mods turned off. Another symptom that I think is unusual is that the F4SE command prompt box thing that comes up when you start the game has nothing written in it, when it did before the update. If you have any ideas that you think might help please let me know. The more detailed the instructions the better, because I'm not very computer savvy. ZsoSahal
This is just a shot in the dark, but do you have a lot of settlement mods?
TheDrunkenMagi
I have like 4, but why would I be unable to start a new game with all the mods turned off if it was a mod problem?
chucksteel
Mods still load even if there just turned off! you need to uninstall them not just tick the check box.
Glycerius
I updated all my mods through the mod manager. I think I disabled homemaker temporarily, but I re-activated it without any issue. I've 82 mods running. I do get a crash if I try to open some custom doors tab, though, as of yesterday. Edited March 2, 2016 by Glycerius
ma1025
I had this problem. The game wouldn't even launch, then removing my Fallout4.ini files worked but I couldn't play. I had to delete Fallout4.exe and Fallout4Launcher.exe and let Steam redownload them. Then my old .ini files worked again and everything was back to normal. Apparently Steam didn't update my .exe files or something when it updated the first time.
TheDrunkenMagi
Uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game via steam worked perfectly.
