My saves will NOT load.

It's a continuation of one of my earlier problems. After trying to update Deadly Reflex 5 to Deadly Reflex 6, none of my saves would load. Eventually, I just gave up on Deadly Reflex and removed all versions. I even got Wrye Bash to disable any non-existent .esm and .esp files. So far, NOTHING has working. Here is a list of the masters for both the save files I'm trying to load:

After you removed DR from your load order, did you sync your master mod list to your latest saved game using Wrye Bash? You do this under the Saves tab, by highlighting that saved game, clicking on the mods on the right, then clicking Saves underneath them.

You mean saving after placing XX over the mods that I want to remove? That's how I managed to make the lists that I posted previously.

No: I mean using the procedure I described above, to sync your saved game with you new modlist.

After removing a mod, if you try to load a save that included the removed mod. The mod list must be re-synced to take the removed mod into account or it will try to load that removed mod resulting in a crash.

By "clicking Saves", do you mean the Save button? Because I'm not sure what else it could be.

Towards the top of Wrye Bash are a series of tabs: Installers, Mods, Saves, etc. Click on Saves.

Now you're on the Saves screen. Click the saved game you want to repair, to highlight it.

On the right side of the screen should be a section entitled, "File," with a bunch of mods listed under it. Just click inside that box--it doesn't matter where.

Under that box are two buttons, marked Save and Cancel. Normally they're grayed out, but when you clicked in the File box, they should become avaliable to click.

Click the one marked Save. And that's it. ;)

As bben46 said, what you're doing is syncing the saved game to your modlist (which is in that File box). Until you do that, the game loads your saved game and is expecting to find all the mods you last finished playing with. If in the meantime you've changed something out, especially removed a mod, the game might crash. Basically, you're telling Oblivion, "This is my current saved game list," and by syncing it, you're making it accurate and up to date.

I tried that a couple times; it didn't seem to help or hurt the situation. Again, tells me that I'm missing files, loads a little bit, and then crashes.

The details of the error message are as follows:

The temp file that was to be sent with the error report is Temp\df54_appcompat.text

What version of OBSE are you using? And did you use BOSS on your mod list? If so, what did it say?

OBSE version 19, and I do not yet have BOSS

Edit: My current Wrye Bash settings are OBSE-Enabled and Auto Quit-Disable; I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it, thoughI recently tried OBSE 20, but the same problem still occurred, so I got BOSS, and the BOSS long is as follows:
