No errors for me (Win7, installed in C:\Programs if it's relevant) with 0.13.

I do notice that the "Last Update" column is filled for my first three Steam mods, the others don't have that value filled.

Was thinking about non-Steam mods and it'd be a bit hard to fill that column (search mod's directory and subdirectories, identify file with the most recent Last Modified date, display that) so was going to suggest changing "Unknown" to "Non-Workshop mod" or something for any mods in Steam\SteamApps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Mods

The way it works right now:

  • check if mod is in workshop mod dir (SteamApps\workshop\content\268500)
  • try to turn mod dir into number (e.g. 577409322 contains LW_SMGPack)
  • that's the workshop id (e.g. LW_SMGPack)
  • use this id to get name, last updated etc.

There's also the publishedid field in the [mod dir]/[mod name].xcommod file, but many modders have that field set to 0 -_-

I'll have to change that up anyway, so mods that aren't in the workshop dir still try to read the xcommod file and try to get infos from steam.

Plus there's also a file that the NMM creates, I think.

It only seems to be working for these Steam Workshop mods of mine:

Improved AI - 618390218

Ignore Missing Content - 619141883

Replikant's Custom Facepaints - 619525059

The other Steam Workshop mods I have, e.g. Fix Deadeye Aim Penalty, don't have a Last Update entry

The Inspect pane shows (for "Fix Deadeye Aim Penalty") a Path of E:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\620954396

But...

Source = Unknown

and

SourceID = -1

Whilst Improved AI

Path = E:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\618390218

Source = SteamWorkshop

SourceID = 618390218

BTW, I install mods manually. I don't use Nexus Mod Manager and I copy and paste my Steam Workshop mods over into the manual mod directory:

Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XcomGame\Mods

So none of the "Source" options in the Inspection pane really apply to me...

Hi there, and thanks for the work done.

I followed the link on the first page, that sent me to the reddit page and to a mega download link ... that only contained the exe. I had to fish out the remaining files from a previous version link somewhere in this thread before I could run the launcher. You may want to fix this.
