Oblivion Stutter Remover 4.1.24 RC on the OSR page. I must not have read your load order correctly last time, and missed all the sound mods you have installed. A few select choices of disabled plugins could perhaps nab a few more frames and smoother play. Namely, since you have All Natural, try disabling the Storms and Sounds mod. Large thunder .wavs can be a bottleneck on a laptop, where the hdd usually spins at 5200 to keep it quiet during operation. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
