dagothagahnim
https://gyazo.com/3caeea6da9ae9a4915a2e89c09a5b79a ^ this suddenly appeared, I've been on Nexus several times today, downloaded some more skyrim mods, then suddenly I came back a couple hours later and I get this message, and even on these forums it says I don't have permission to view anything. I've had to hop over to my wife's computer to make this post. I have a T-Mobile hotspot, as does she (we both use our own phones), so I'm not sure what's up but I did a quick search and this seems to be a common problem. I've never personally seen it, and it would be nice to see this resolved quickly. Thank you, I'll check this as I can since I have to kick my wife off her computer to even see this post. Oubliette
No you haven't been blacklisted. Some people sometimes have problems with their service provider and think they've been banned but when you are banned there is a message explaining that you have been banned and the procedure to go through in order to attempt an appeal, not just a "you've been blocked/banned/blacklisted" message. Generally however the best method of resolving an issue such as this is to use the "contact us" button at the bottom of any page to write a support ticket that Dark0ne and the coding admins are far more likely to see and respond to. You should not create a new account or use someone elses account to make a post about it in the forums. Good luck solving your issue.
dagothagahnim
yeah I made a ticket through Contact Us as well to be thorough, just annoyed at the moment as I was coming to download a skyrim fix and now I can't get it until this is resolved. Dark0ne
It happens when your ISP transfers you over to an IP address that has been blacklisted, normally because someone, at some point in the past, was banned and kept making repeat accounts on the same IP address you're using now. I have removed that IP address from the filter now.
