SolidSnackFedora
If the title wasn't clear what is basically happening is that when ever I use NMM to install a mod for FO4, every other mod I had installed will get "uninstalled" (loading a save and saying that X.esm files are missing). The only problem is, is that the esm files are in the correct directory, still installed, but the game says they're missing, so I have to use NMM to reinstall all 90 mods I had installed. Doesn't happen with any other game AFIAK.

Descivii
Mods can't uninstall each other. Are you checking the plugins tab to make sure that all the .esp and .esm are checked? Sometimes after a Beth update, the plugins get unchecked.
