jones177 Posted March 16, 2016 Share Posted March 16, 2016 Hi In Appdata/local there is a file called Plugins.txt. It is a hidden file so have widows show hidden files. The mods listed in this file are the ones used in the game. If there are no files listed, no mods being used. This is also the load order file. There is another file in the folder called DLClist.txt. Later Thank you so much for replying, however I "found out" the issue after much trial and error, I still have no idea what it was, but it seems to be working now.
