Telyn
I use both of those without problems. UOP fixes many bugs Bethesda did not bother to fix. That should help make your game more stable. weOCPS prevents some crashes and doesn't seem to cause any in my game. I think you need to find out what mods are causing these crashes you are having though. One way to do this is first try the game with no mods and see if you crash. If not try with half your mods. If that doesn't crash, try the other half. Keep narrowing it down like that until you find the problem mod or mods.
MichikoUnknownFox
I'm surprised you went this long without those mods in fact. They're practically must-haves for any player. In addition, Telyn gave some good advice. Better follow it.

ZabuzaXtreme
hmm i try the weOCPS but the result still the same,it just that my frame rate drop a bit so i have to removed it.When i use the BOSS,it say that some files need to be cleaning. Is that what causing the crashing issue? If so then you guys know how to clean those mods ?
Telyn
http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/TES4Edit_Cleaning_GuideInstructions on how to clean mods. Some mods are already clean and a few should not be cleaned. You can check the list of those in the official thread.http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1177151-list-tes4edit-cleaning-list/page__hl__tes4edit It's pretty simple once you've cleaned a mod or two. :) Windom Earle's plugin only prevents certain specific crashes. It cannot prevent all crashes. It beeps to let you know.
MichikoUnknownFox
The most common crash that weOCPS prevents for me is the crash on exit. Other than that, nothing beats good mod installation and load order.

ZabuzaXtreme
@Telyn I followed the instruction which you have given me but it still doesn't fixed anything,is there an easy instruction rather than that ? It quite confusing for me ( apply filter, removed to indentical record, test games = same result ) :( I just want a short instruction that doesn't include long sentence because it confused me to see so much words.
