yzerman19
is that modders continue their modding using the expansions. One thing that bugged me in past Bethesda games is that hardly anyone would make mods for the expansions. Just think of all the possibilities that get lost! So keep on making mods...especially for the expansions!!!!
Klipperken
Uh, hello? What planet do you come from? If you check the later FO/TES versions/DLC mods, you see these REQUIRE the latest patches/DLC's.
Boombro
I'm sure that a crazy mofo is looking at DLC01 and saying "I bet I can make all those into new weapons."

TheOriginalEvilD
Yeah I can't even remember how many mods I ran on FO3/NV and even Oblivion/Skyrim that required the expansion packs to use.
Boombro
modders were shy off using them at first, but the pass is a top seller so I don't think they will this time.
Klipperken
Never known modders to be shy of the new stuff, I've seen mods being released the SAME day requiring the latest of stuff.

Because when I look some old mods, it seems so.
Klipperken
Not all mods, but many.Remember, a lot of people asked for mods that were for Vanilla game....Seems not all had the needed patches/mods.
CyrusAmell
In Fallout: New Vegas and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim I used mods that dispersed dlc weapons and armors among enemy factions in the main game setting so that they could be found by a new character sooner than would be possible otherwise. For example, I used a mod in Skyrim that gave bandits and soldiers normal crossbows and in New Vegas the Gun Runner DLC weapons were dispersed among all of the factions. I have not tried more substantive overhaul content with full expansions but for Fallout 4 I would certainly be willing to try if I ever do an Institute character.
