MessiahxComplex
So we're running on Windows 7 and heard we'd be better off installing the game into any folder other than the defeault . Aaand , now I can't get OBMM to work . Used to be heavy into the modding scene and such way back when , so dunno if this is me being an idiot or needing real help on this . Anyways , when ever I try to install OBMM it keeps telling me it needs to be installed into the directory . And I don't have a clue where that is . Any chance someone can help me out there ? Tried installing it into the folder I put the game into but that didn't work out for us . Appreciate the help .
MichikoUnknownFox
Do you see your Oblivion shortcut on your desktop? If you do, you can right click it and select "Open file location". It'll bring you to your Oblivion installation folder. Now take note of where that is, and install OBMM in there.
MessiahxComplex
When I go to Open File Location , it just sends me back to where the ESM. and Launcher are at . Where for some wacky reason OBMM won't go
MichikoUnknownFox
Wait. Your .esm files and your launcher are in the same folder? You may need to reinstall Oblivion.
