This time however there is something really wrong, i'm getting LOADS of WTF missing meshes in game and my game is crashing constantly or almost constantly. I'm using obmm for the mods and boss to sort the load order and tes4edit for the merged patch. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to mods, i've used them for years for oblivion and fallout 3 and new vegas etc. But all I can do is download them install them with mod manager or by hand and sort the load order with boss pretty much. So if anyone wiser than me, would be so kind as to point out, which of the mods are conflicting and what should I do to get rid of the constant ctds and WTF meshes. I'd really appreciate it =). Supposing the mods were correctly installed there are some pitfalls still, one the most common is when two mods share the same files (I mean they mutually overwrites files from the other, which mean the last installed is the prevalent, does not matter the load order in this case) and one of them is uninstalled afterward. since OBMM removes the files common to "both" mods, the remaining one gets spoiled. If it's the case, reinstalling the seemingly "already there mod" will return the missing files, good luck. PS: Should not be a problem to install OMOD and OMOD ready files but some care must be taken if creating OMODs from a generic mod file. OBMM is smart enough to place the folders and files in the correct place most of times but not every time. This is particularly meaningful when the mod has choices to be made and can't be installed whole. In this case you must unpack the mod into a folder and keep only whatever you want from it before creating the OMOD. The above case might mean whole texture/meshes and etc folders... or just one of ( let's say) 3 ESPs where only one should be used this while... I tried reinstalling better cities, but i still get a lot of missing meshes especially in Imperial city. And yes i did install the both of the resources aswell =).
