Fallout 4 Automatron: Why not include all robotics?

Simply put, I think many people are wondering after completing the quest line;

First, why exactly is the Eyebot not a craft-able companion for the DLC, after all, we all fought about 20 of them which kind of makes it a valid question since everything else fought in the DLC robot wise is create-able, but not it for whatever reason?

Secondly, I know this is a bit far fetched, though I am wondering why had they not added synths are a possible option? It's a type of android in the game that could at least (appearance-wise) be altered, because as is it seems to be the assultron taking the spot as the only humanoid-ish body type, and of all the robot options they have; I personally find that highly disappointing.

So what do you all think? Anything you were expecting/hoping for that was not or should have been in the DLC?

(Just as a last minute thought, why not make a robot out of the power armor? Stuff a sentry bot or assultron inside xD I think that would be neat.)

Synths are androids, so not quite robots. Some of them are almost entirely organic, while others are very close to their robotic counterparts. So there might be the logic behind not allowing synths.. also, the fact that lore-wise (whatever lore is left in this game) synth are just a hush-hush thing, not something that everyone knows about or sees everyday.

As for eyebots.. you can try and ask Todd 'Just Works' Howard. Maybe he'll tell you why he didn't :P

fair point, people give the guy way to much praise for rushed products. (ESO) as a prime example.

yeah so basically the survival mod will not be before 2017

What's that got to do with this? ?Also, survival comes out in 2 months at most, so don't talk nonsense.

Anyway, Beth does deliver rushed products. The lack of people combined with not actually working on Fallout all these years meant a game with little depth. Fun to play for features that have nothing to do with classic fallout world, but .. that's another discussion. Anyway, someone will make the eyebot mod.

Zenimax Online made ESO, Bethesda Game Studios (published by Bethesda Softworks) made Fallout 4, Skyrim, et al. These are the love-children siblings of Zenimax Media (and there are more but we don't care about them in this conversation.)

I'm all for giving Todd his due....and there is plenty of due (or doo? lol) to go around but ESO isn't it.
