UPDATE: I was able to fix this by using LOOT for Fallout 4! Let me know if this works for you too! Here's where I got the snapshot build:

The same problem. Game runs good without F4SE, but with it i have BEX64 error too.

I was running a Automatron found on Torrent with a Codex patch. Its Fallout4.exe is bugged or a virus platform (although no warning in VirusTotal).

Easily recognizable because of its unusual size of 111.202.304 bits instead of the normal 63.170.560 (a cracked one).

 

I put back the 1.4.132 that was installed prior to the new codex exe and VOILÀ! F4SE works again.

 

Banned for piracy.

Easily recognizable because of its unusual size of 111.202.304 bits instead of the normal 63.170.560 (a cracked one).

 

I put back the 1.4.132 that was installed prior to the new codex exe and VOILÀ! F4SE works again.

I'm glad it solved your problem, but it doesn't help us who have a legitimate copy installed.

Pirating games/DLC is not welcome on the Nexus. Thats a breach of TOS.
