thedarkmoonknight Posted June 13, 2011 Posted June 13, 2011 (edited) I'm trying to change textures and the folders that they tell me to put the files in don't exist on my game. is there any kind of software I need are do I have to instal the game a special way? profnewbie Posted June 30, 2011 Posted June 30, 2011 If your trying to install a mod that tells you where to put various files---start in your install directory,create folder(rightclick mouse on a blank space,choose new,choose folder,rename) named cookedpc(this will be where all your changes to the game will go), then just imitate the mod's structure ie: cookedpc/abilities/geralt_basic -------------for changes to player for example. The readme of the mod should tell you the structure (relative to the folder--cookedpc). Hope this helps :-) profnewbie--new but growing
