Flashbacks? How do I fix this?

Okay, so I fixed all my problems, got them back (together with two of their friends :wallbash: (inverted normals and square textures, if you want to know)), deleted oblivion.ini for a complete rebuild, which fixed my graphical issues.

But now my game chose to do something completely new... Every time my character starts running, or gets knocked down, my game starts tripping.

The screen starts to flash with images of a few minutes earlier (playing time, not game-time. I had Elsweyr flashing at the IC), which is just plain annoying, and makes me unable to play the game, let alone role-play the character I had planned.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn off any anti-aliasing your are using, be it in-game, or, forced thru your video cards controls, and see if the problem doesn't go away.

Pretty sure that's not it. Everything runs fine otherwise, and I've upped my fan whenever I'm running a full-screen game. (Damn HP with their low settings)

what aare you talking about it just disapeared. I HAVE THIS PROBLEM!?!? and i can;t even get out of the tutorial cause i die ffrom stupid goblins when it does this crap.
