Has anyone seen this problem before? Questions with choices not working.

Really not sure what could be causing this, so I posted to see if anyone has encountered this problem before.

 

It seems a bit random, but some questions with multiple choices wont let me give the answer I want, it will just keep repeating the question until I say no. For example, I couldn't rent a room at Pelegraid Inn, but am able to at other Inns. I was able to join the fighters guild and mages guild but it wont let me join the Temple.

 

I attached a screen shot to show you what happens if I keep clicking. If I ask to hear the doctrine that doesn't work either and I have to say no to get out of the endless loop of asking if I have what it takes or showing me the doctrine.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

What mods are you running? Anything that effects temple?

Hmm, not exactly, but would that explain why I was having the same problem with renting a bed at Pelegraid? Mods that could possibly be causing the problem are:

Rise of House Telvanni

Less generic Dialogue mods

Speechcraft Balance

 

although I'm really not sure to be honest. Some city mods such as the epic city mods and dramatic Vivec, but most of the mods i'm using are texture mods or gameplay mechanic rebalancing.

 

Was hoping someone had encountered this before but if not I will just try disabling the mods and see if I can find one that was causing the problem.

Not one I've heard of with either LGNPC or RoHT both of which are popular. So, suspicion falls on Speechcraft Rebalance. Try temporarily disabling that mod.

 

If that doesn't work please post your whole mod list (from the bottom of your morrowind.ini, or Wrye Mash, or mlox, or...) and a copy of your warnings.txt file.

Download and run mlox (if you're using the one bundled in MGSO it's years out of date), let it sort out your load order and read the Messages it displays. F'rinstance you've 2 version of Better Clothes running. Notnig in mlox indicates this circular dialogue but see if tidying up your mod list and sorting out your load order helps. If not re-post your amended load list. A copy of your warnings.txt would be useful too.
