Black Lines/Artifacting on Faces

Edit: I have found that this is being Caused by darker nights I will update if I find a fix.

 

 

 

 

I notice there was some artifacting on character faces but I only saw them in the Cambridge police station so far.

I used to have true storms installed, I have heard that some people were linking this problem to true storms

I just starting having the same problem on Marcy Long after testing a few new outfits on her (actually significantly worse). The only mod I have in common with you is Azar Ponytail Hairstyles. I'll try uninstalling it tomorrow and see if that is the culprit.
