Maybe something to make your booze ice cold faster, or add an industrial sized brewer to him. The equivalent of the Sentrybot of booze. Adding it could allow him to brew enough booze to be a bar tender to make you caps. Maybe add a speaker mod that plays the radio. Can't have a good bar without music. Robots can man defenses, work fields, work the scavenging stations, etc. They can even be provisioners IF you don't mind the stupid bug that occasionally resets their configuration to the default unarmoured protectron. Just not actually buy your stuff. Thing is, though, those vendors wouldn't help as much without humans anyway, since settlements without any humans seem to have the morale set to 50% no matter what. Adding a robo-nurse at at first aid stall or a bar with a robot bartender won't make them any happier. And if you want money, hauling like 500 pounds of loot to Diamond City and Goodneighbour on a robot companion is still... epic, financially speaking. Plus you can still build the Bunker Hill trade-route stops once you get on Kessler's good side, even in settlements with only robots. So I'm still pretty content with it as it is. Mind you, I'll agree that it would be even more epic with robot vendors, but in the meantime I can survive without them too.
