Restoring Nipton/Player Home

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could restore Nipton, like cleaning up the messes, fixing he houses and add some NPC/NCR? What would be great is if someone could make the Main Hall Villa a Player Home, its such a shame that this huge house is left untouched after visiting it the first time.

 

So thats it, I like having a lively Wasteland and a restored Nipton would be just great.

Ya, I just ran through there today on a newer character of mine and was thinking the exact same thing,

I wouldn't expect it to go back to its former glory but signs of it being re-inhabited, I mean rebels for

sure would go there you would think, I mean free base, right?

 

(if the above example, perhaps quest from NCR to clear it out and reclaim?)

it could be remade into what it was (this would require animated prostitution) or reborn into a developed NCR trade town. another part of the quest might involve turning Boxer into a sideshow attraction or making him the wasteland's first paraplegic Black sheriff.

Why would it require animated prostitution exactly?

Just because the game has sexual themes, doesnt mean you have to see it.

 

Also, Although it was a mess of a town, it doesnt have to be restored in the same way. Things can progress, especially if the Powder Gangers arent around anymore.

It probably still works, I have been editing mods far more then playing as of late. Anyhow, you could use that as a clean slate. Or if your feeling fancy, keep using the persistent references I already set up to add in whatever npcs you want.

Boxer could be like Bart from Blazing Saddles. As for the sideshow attraction...I doubt a cripple would be a worthy sideshow attraction. There are 2 headed cows and mutated iguanas with horns who can talk in the Fallout world, so a guy with bad legs is worse?

 

To stay on topic, you could also claim Nipton for yourself and crucify your enemies (or annoying civilians) there on the telephone poles.
