Favourite PC games

Too many to list so I'll name a few:

 

Fallout 4 - the reason I created an account here. I enjoyed what I played of FO 3 however I gave up because of all the glitches(crashes), too frustrating for me and the stability fixes didn't work for me.

 

The Myst series of games - haven't finished any of them so they're still on my list of games to play.

 

Never Winter Nights 2 & especially HOTU

 

Baldur's Gate II

 

Icewind Dale (II?)

 

Dragon Age Origins

 

Dead Space 2 - Dead Space 3 is on my list of games to play

 

Tomb Raider (2013)

 

Metro 2033 & Metro Last Light

 

Original Far Cry - Have FC 3 and 4 on my to-play list

 

Original Doom - I'm old.

 

GTA 3

 

Morrowind - played this for months even so I never finished it as normal real life took priority.

 

Dishonored - The water colour visual style appealed to me.

My favorite game is TESV: Skyrim! It had always been Pokemon Emerald since I was little, but that changed over the recent summer (early June). I put approximately 500 hours on Skyrim over the summer, and I haven't gone a day without playing it since... I wish I was exaggerating. (And I still suck at open combat.) It's also the reason I found out about this site.

Would be really, really, really nice to see remastered PC versions of : AC2 Brotherhood, RDR 1, and Bully 2 for PC. The forerunners of the first 2 open world console games could've profited massively from the PC modding community. IMO these popular franchises would've had the longevity and shelf life that Skyrim/TES has enjoyed to date because of mods. It's also too bad Mafia 3 is so limited from a modding perspective. I doubt if anything could be done via modding community to improve on what appears to be so limited in open world game mechanic. :confused:

My favorite PC game of all time is still World of Xeen. Something about that game...

 

Lots of runner ups, Fallout 2, Might and Magic VI, Heroes of Might and Magic III, Civilization IV, Arcanum, Pirates!.. Mount and Blade, Dragon's Dogma and Terraria are notable more modern games. Rockstar games are always top notch as well.

 

Still, every RPG fan has to play through World of Xeen.
