I will be buying this soon as the desktops in my pc world are really bad so i though with the graphics card and processor it would be a good laptop for modding fallout. I am on a tight budget of £550 so anyting less or same would be good.

You can't honestly get an amazing gaming laptop for your price range. A desktop would be cheaper and better than a laptop.

If you're like me though, and can't have a desktop at the moment then expect to fork out a bit more cash for a good one.

Take a look at Sager and Asus laptops. I have a Sager now and its quite nice.

How is the Sager yoba333?

I have not even been able to truly use the alienware I purchased because the people at dell are incompetent :( . Even a child would have known their first build I received was clearly not put together properly.

The first laptop I got had dead pixils, a nice big fried 330watt ac adapter and no screws in the back, and get ready for the cherry on top... The backing was the wrong size and was being held in place by the battery jammed into the back.

The second on I got (not even turned on yet) they "accidentally" shipped it with $900 less of hardware in it. Now I have to wait around for their tech to switch out the cards, hard drive and ram. At least that is supposed to happen by next week :wallbash:. Dell really has gone way downhill because they don't even have customer compensation. If I have a problem with they way they operate I get my money back  . I am 110% sure that you sager was expertly built and is functioning with both fantastic performance and temps. I have learned my lesson for next time.

It's pretty great. I had a small problem with overheating when I left it on all day on a leather sofa (which is to be expected). But other than that no problems. It plays the highest graphics on every game I've tried so far, I'm excited to see how Battlefield 3 and Skyrim work on it.
