HeyYou
Running Vista, or WIn7? If so, move the game out of the program files directory. (uninstall, then reinstall.) What version of the game do you have?
Daledge
Is it steam or a pirated version you have? (Pirated is illegal, and you will probably be banned if it is the latter.)

Daledge
Is your game directory in the Program Files? If so, uninstall and then install in My Games. I don't have time to find it but I believe Bben has a guide to this somewhere.

Seren4XX
Yup, that's what the previous poster meant. That folder/path you posted is a directory that causes problems running Oblivion with and without mods, so my advice is to install it in something like C:\Games (if it isn't there, make it  ) That's what I did and I have a problem-free Oblivion
