Forgot to include in my last post but I already did that with no errors.

gonna try with a fresh install and reinstall the mods one by one, unless anyone else has another suggestion

I'd look to the ad3d0 snap mods, I use the home maker mod and Settlement Objects Expansion Pack by ccmads (SOE) and those two mods don't play to good with ad3d0 snap mods, I used to have over 8 snap mods installed and after each update or new release of home maker mod, the greenhouse building items stopped rendering or stayed visible in game after bulding!..

 

I currently only have four ad3d0 snap mods working with home maker mod and Settlement Objects Expansion Pack by ccmads (SOE)
