Assuming you did everything else correctly, my suspicion is you have missed the shader flags. You need SF_Shadow_Map ticked for outfits to render. .

I tried to attach the nif to this post. The private messages don't seem to have the abilitiy to send files. The file is close to a meg and the forum says it only allows 250k. It give an error that I cannot upload the kind of file.

 

Boy I feel dumb right now.

Thanks to everyone who helped, I managed to get it going in the game, even though it doesn't look great. I guess I'll have to find new textures. But now I know how to do it, thanks again, especially to Ghogiel who took time to look at my nif.
