Settlements - No Floor Collision in ANY Settlement

Do you want to scrap outside the settlement? IF not, you do not need it.

Normal settlements nope, but settlement mods?

 

Then you probably need it to be able to scrap everything. I know there's a console command that does the same thing, but can't remember it.

I read it can be dangerous to use.

I have a restored Sanctuary player home mod that I can place anything on the floor, and never thought this line was the issue.
