I have glitchy and missing textures everywhere and its almost like the game is corrupted.

Hmm...Did you try running the game with no mods active? If it runs correctly without mods, then it's down to the tedious process of identifying the culprit(s) by running through the list of mods individually. (I would imagine if it is a mod, that it would be related to either an expansive .esm or anything that modifies textures; and it could be related to a conflict)

 

Or maybe it's a load order issue--in which case you could install The Load Order Sorting Tool, or something that adjusts load order.

 

And, of course, when in doubt, reinstall the game--although this is a last resort. You should probably wait for further community input before taking this course of action, since reinstalls are a b&@*$, and I'm not very experienced with technical matters, so a better solution might just turn up later.

You already know what is causing the problem "(yes I know its too damn long)", so you must already know the solution.

 

The game engine has a limit on the amount of data it can process. Once you have reached the limit, you can't go any further.

Get the number of plugins down to 137 or lower, you can merge them to get the number down.

I don't know what your computer can run, but I don't think you should load that many mods in mod manager. I know this doesn't help your topic but I just wanted to help you in that way.
