dragbody
1. Dual wielding of one handed weapons. Why can't my Courier fire two .45 autos at the same time? 2. If dual wielding was added, one could have the sandalwood grip revolvers of Roland from The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. In fact, one could even make the gunslinger a companion. There are a few plausible scenarios in which he could be acquired. 3. If the DT of an armor is higher than the DAM of a weapon, zero damage should get through (instead of a little). A fiend or escaped convict could blast a BoS paladin with a 9mm handgun all day and never make a dent. 4. The DT of heads should be separate from that of bodies. This way, if I want to sneak attack critical Paladin Ramos with a silenced .22 handgun, I should be able to. This mod may require making the DT of helmets equal to their armor counterparts but without any stacking effect.
rausheim
1 and 2: This has been asked thousand times over and over and the answer is the same. No. Only way is to replace a in-game animation, but still it would look terrible, as only one projectile node is supported when it is player/NPC firing a weapon. 3: More realistic the way it is now, if u only use melee you still got a chance. 4: This is already present. rausheim
In your Pipboy, you can even check the DT of headwear. Just like with armors etc.
dragbody
JE Sawyer said on Formspring that the DT of the head is NOT separate from that of the body. So, if you've got power armor on for 26 DT, your head has 26 DT even if you don't have a helmet. At the same time, if you were naked from the neck down but were wearing a centurion helmet, you'd have 6 DT on your arms, legs, and torso.
