Sebiale
Probably. AFAIK there are no system specs out yet for Skyrim. In any case, if it's got 8GB RAM and a modern video card and CPU, it will probably be able to run Skyrim on some sort of settings.
Iv000
It will run Skyrim, but at lower details. The GPU could be better, the CPU should be 4 or 6 core, but if you REALLY can't get one of them, a dual core should be enough. And 4gb of ram is fine, you can get more if you want, but it's not necessary, as Skyrim won't use more then 1.5, since it's designed for consoles.Skyrim seems optimized, and if you have luck, it will be just enough to play it on medium at a very nice FPS.Short said, if you can run oblivion at high you will be able to run Skyrim, just we don't know at what FPS, it's a matter of optimization. chikawowwow
You would normally be better off buying parts than another PC if you're on a tight budget. There was an article in a UK magasine last month of someone who built a PC capable of running Battlefield 2 for only £100 (170ish Dol). Whether or not you will be able to run Skyrim is only speculation at this point, better off waiting for the specs to be released and go from their than rushing it. chikawowwow
Good luck with that! You will probably not want to go in the army after Skyrim is released anyway unless they start issuing laptops lol.Like I said will look for the link, I'm sure the magazine was called 'Custom PC' or something along those lines. edit: the game was 'Battlefield BAD COMPANY 2' not just BF2 for the record.
