For a female ranger type, try Grace Darkling's Ranger Armor (classed as "light" armor, but has ridiculously high stats), or it's retexture, Noldorian Ranger Armor - Standalone. You can imagine how much of a headache it'll be if it's a manual (done it first hand with TF2 modding back then. was a nightmare to track.)
