It's probably just a face the author made to show off the type 3 bodies with. It does however look fairly similar to a face from the "Jessi companion" mod found here Edit: Grammar error. Her face textures are included in an optional folder with the download for the Type 3 body. The only savegame characters dimon has released are at the link I gave you in my earlier post.
