body replacer not working

I am a long time experienced modder and yet I cannot get the most simple of mods working. Dimon99's female body replacer, (the default one) only seems to come with a mesh file. No textures. So when I go in game it looks weird. Lines all over body, and black panty like shape on lower body. I think this might be a problem with archive invalidation. I have installed it both through FOMM and through the actual .exe that is on the nexus. Neither have worked. Well that's not true as the archive seems to be working both in the fallout.ini and in game as other textures and meshes from MMM and FWE are displaying correctly. I also use breezes and that is working. So maybe the mod itself is missing the texture file?

I have only recently began playing fallout 3 and so its been a while since I used this mod but I remember it working before. Any ideas?

Meshes only? That can't be good. Did you download and install the Type 3 V2 texture pack? Found here

Download and install the Type 3 Body V3dot5, then download the Type 3 V2 Texture Pack. Unzip the archive and pick out which textures you want to use and install that texture folder.

Alternatively, download the Hi-Rez BOG Skins 2_0 Full Pack Fomm Installer from here.
