Hi.

Does anybody know how to correctly export these kind of *.nif files in Blender? I'm not working with complicated meshes (like body meshes) but only with the (relatively) simple objects like doors. When I import the file to NifSkope, I can move the animation slider so everything is alright - the door opens and closes. But after exporting in Blender the animation dissapears and I don't know what I'm doing wrong...

Please help.

No idea about exporting animated doors here. Altho there are ome tutorials at fallout3nexus.com regarding animation. There is also one, which you can download, that shows you how to make an elevator. Maybe you can find the correct export settings there. Good luck. Edited by Nadimos

are you using Blender 2.5X or 2.49?

If you are using 2.5, there is no way to export or import NIFS.

But in 2.49, Nifscripts enables you to import and export NIFS.

In export settings there is a list of tabs with game names on them.

I think all you need to do is highlight fallout 3.

I'm currently running into the same thing so, I'm in the same boat.
