Wrong and this has been answered you cant hang the objects because it is just a decorative wall mohnt=NO Collision detection it cant be done without scripting or if you enbale collision detection two hours for very weapon you wan to hang.

WRONG, I am doing it in my current game, without scripting or clipping disabled. The swords do stick out into the air, occasionally at a funny angle, but it does work. Depending on the angle of the wall toy your character, it is very easy to put weapons on the weaponracks. Perhaps this is different on XBox.

Sorry for extending an argument.... but the "grand adobe" mod does have weapons and shields mounted on the wall which can be removed and used. Doesn't appear you can put them back in game though. There aren't a lot of items on the wall, around 4 shields and 10 weapons.

I just place my sword on the little prongs while standing very close to the weaponrack while in the menu.

Even scripting wont help, I think. You would have to spawn a new instance of the weapon you want to display into(onto?) the rack with the correct (hard-coded) positioning coordinates. The ID of the item which should be displayed is needed for that, but unfortuntaly it can't be retrieved during runtime.
