  1. Wow! The sequel looks amazing. I like the way you have approached building a world space you can use in different ways over time for further adventures. I'm looking forward to being in these populated settings with Rigmor. I only recently discovered 'Rigmor of Bruma' and finished playing it today. Unlike some folks, I thought Rigmor's characterization fit her age and back story. The voice actress did a wonderful job showing Rigmor's different feelings and moods. I was dubious about how I would feel about starting the game all over again, but it was worth it for many reasons! There were only a few times when I thought I'd run into a brick wall. It was just a matter of making sure I'd done things the right way and triggered the scripts correctly. A couple of times it meant going back to an earlier save. I am really looking forward to visiting Cyrodiil with Rigmor. Thank you so much for all your hard work and generosity sharing Rigmor with us.
  2. Hi Folks, Problem disappeared. I moved Steam from c: to another drive. I heavily personalized Custom Favorites Menu based on the CFM Wardrobe version. Everything was working brilliantly until I moved my games. I have never used SKSE 64 in Skyrim SE. I use SKSE in Oldrim and CFM still works fine. Since the move, I can use the mouse to equip, unequip and choose different armor and wardrobe sets , but I have to use the Enter key to equip and unequip individual items in the different categories. This is what my CFM looks like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/07ba8jksi8rmebs/CFM%20v32%20a%20cr.jpg?dl=0 Well, several days later, it's now working. I have no idea why.
  3. I'm really sorry, but all in all, after using the new layout every day, I'm not happy with the changes, so I'm going to stick with the old layout as long as you will have it up.
  4. I've tried out the new layout for a couple of days. I like some things, will get used to others that I'm not crazy about and miss or prefer other things. I can see and appreciate all the hard work everyone put into the new design. For me, it is 'mostly good' and in some ways very good, but there are some things I would really like to see changed back. Particularly Like: 1. In Browse List Mode: I like the wide angle images 2. In Browse Mode: I like being able to easily choose from 2 tiles sizes, the list mode and the length of list. My own preference is List Mode with the longest number of files. 3. In Mod view: I like the size of the images when using the < > keys and the 'stream' of images below Will get used to if I have to: 1. The drop down menu design, but it is clunky, less professional looking and not as nice as the old style of ovals with smaller text inside 2. In the Update drop down menu: The absence of the 'x' for deleting the file in the list 3. I like the single column of files in browse mode with the background image on either side. It gives the atmosphere of the game and makes the layout special to Nexus. Needs a tweak: 1. On the front page, if I choose 'Today's Mods', it would be much better to have a consistent format showing the mods like they are in Browse Mode with pictures and descriptions. Because you have the newest files first in Browse Mode, it is easy enough to see what is newest and I wouldn't use this feature. 2.In 'Today's Mods' and 'Recent Activity' I like the separate lists of updated files. However, if a file is being tracked, the info is in the Update drop down list, so I'm not sure how folks use the info provided in this way. Miss a lot! Please change!: 1. Front page: The flyover info on the 'hot files' 2. In Browse Mode: the mode name in a title bar above the file image and description! It is Much harder to go through the list in the new layout. This is my biggest dislike. I might even say 'hate'. It does my head. 3. In List Mode: the smaller image size! Yes, I have a nice big screen, but not the biggest. I wonder how many folks are using smallish screens. 4: In Mod view: the icons for description, file, etc.! Icons break up the page view in a helpful way and make it easier to take in what is on the page. Overall criticism: The old website was less fussy and much easier to use. I tried it out on my Priv and I can see where the pages are much easier to see on my phone, but this is a PC (yes, and xbox) game, not a phone game and the mods are downloaded on to my PC, not my phone, so why all the emphasis on making it phone friendly? Please go back to making the pages 'PC friendly' rather than phone friendly. Please avoid the unhappiness we have in Skyrim where Beth made the interface xbox friendly instead of making 2 interfaces. In response to aogara, I've added comparison images in my dropbox. These are small jpg files. If they are too small, I can submit larger files. https://www.dropbox.com/s/jlnlmfh2ayfj3vp/Drop%20Down%20Menus.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/cxh36mokuor5cnn/Mod%20View%20icons%20on%20tabs.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/cxh36mokuor5cnn/Mod%20View%20icons%20on%20tabs.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/zt0f0n054cmazwo/New%20Files.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/llm7v0zp62ylu3y/Update%20Notification.jpg?dl=0 Thank you for all your hard work.
  5. Hi, thank you for responding. Neither F5 nor F9 did the trick. I tried using SSEEdit to create the seq file. It processed the mod, but did not create one.
  6. Hi Folks, I'm helping YamiElisa convert her beautiful Ambrosia Fashions from Oldrim to Skyrim SE. I had no trouble updating the main version, which YamiElisa has posted on Skyrim SE. there have been 89 downloads and no complaints. I tackled the Merchant version. It works in Oldrim, but when I try it in Skyrim SE, I only get the greetings and no Merchant dialogue. To convert the mod, I had first ran the meshes through ousnius's SSE NIF Optimizer v2.5, then made a 7zip file, installed with Nexus Mod Mgr and ran it through the SE CK. I finished off with cleaning with SSEEdit. When I did the Merchant version, I used the converted folders of meshes and textures and made a new 7zip with the Merchant esp and did the same CK and cleaning procedure. Everything looks right - the merchant is alive, the inventory chest is hidden, etc, but she only greets my character with the standard greetings. I looked in the CK in both Oldrim and Skyrim SE to see if there were any differences in how the Merchant was set up, but I couldn't see any. Any help will be appreciated. This is a lovely little mod and deserves to be fully realized. https://www.dropbox.com/s/69mjzsmtmvlyhjm/Ambrosia%20Fashions%20SE-9206-1-2.7z?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/ysm20sjohvzg8sv/Ambrosia%20Fashions%20Merchant%20Edition%20SE%20v1.7z?dl=0
  7. Okay, I've made some progress. 1. Unpack the skyrim-sound.bsa using BAE.exe Bethesda Archive Extractor (BSA and BA2) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/974/? 2. Go 'OMG' - the number of different files for every conceivable minuscule situation. (There must be some duplicates in there!) 3. Download and use Skyrim Audio Converter at Skyrim Nexus - mods and community http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8303/? to convert mp3 to xwm files 4. Watch How to Replace Skyrim Music - Detailed Guide - YouTube 5. Rename the converted files to match the names in the sound folder you want to replace. 6. ..... I can't figure out how to put the sound files back into a bsa. I can see how to do it for a mod, but not just the sound files. Any ideas, folks?
  8. Wolfer4004, thank you for your response. However, that is what I did before posting my question and it doesn't work. It is not like Oblivion and Morrowind, unfortunately.
  9. Hi Folks, I hope you all had a great New Years Eve and are looking forward to a wonderful year ahead. In previous TES games, it was possible to change the basic battle, explore, etc music. I want to do the same now. Anyone figured it out? Simply putting 'battle' and 'explore' folders in the Music folder did not work. Ta,
  10. Thank you for the update on YouTube. very exciting progress. Have a joyous New Year.

Happy Holidays and a safe, joyous New Year to everyone on the SKSE team. Thank you again for all your hard work.
  12. Hi gran172, I've done my best, but it ain't good enough! Would you please look at these msi benchmarks? I readup on clockblocker and set up a profile for skyrim se and oldrim and did the example with firefox. https://www.dropbox.com/s/k649xgtk4lygoma/CB%20SSE%20setup.jpg?dl=0 I don't know why there is an option for 3d_program and how to turn it on, if it should be on. benckmarks: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0ct2k7leukkmo2h/HardwareMonitoring%20Oldrim%20cb%20x64%20radpro%201206%2001.hml?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/7v73hi8canhvwk0/HardwareMonitoring%20SSE%20cb%20x64%20radpro%201206%2001.hml?dl=0 thank you for your continued support and advice.
  13. Thank you, goranpaa, I tried the 15.11.1 beta this morning. It was a bit slower. I made sure my computer was on performance and turned off Kaspersky. I am going to try the Clock blocker with the latest Crimson driver 16.11.5. Fingers crossed. I had to leave my woes aside to spend the day (happily) with my grandson. Has anyone looked at my MSI afterburner readouts? I am seriously at my level of incompetence. I don't know if there is something wrong with my hardware.
  14. So, is this right? I turned Anti- Aliasing off in SSE options page and in Radeon settings for SSE I changed setting the Anisotropic Filtering to 'use Application settings' instead of over-ride and set to AF level 2x.
  15. Thank you fort that. Do you have an AMD card? If so, do you run RadeoPro? What settings for Radeon or RadeonPro, if you have it? Ta Nvidia. I change the setting on the gfx card for vsync on, setting frame limit to 59.7 (so that a if it jumps it won't jump above 60) that's about it. I don't think the memory fixes are in the current ENB. So I was thinking if there are remnants of code from Skyrim or Fallout 4 in there that he has based the SE version on and they are not used or optimised they could be damaging your performance if you switch them on in the enblocal. Just a bit of an idea if you have been trying everything else. Current ENB version v.310 - color filters, programmable post process shaders and camera effects, bloom, subsurface scattering, depth of field, lens reflections, fps limiter, fps measure, screenshot capture. No memory management or AA/AF Thank you for giving my problem a try, Anya29, I tried your enblocal.ini settings. You are using the same version I had tried. I tried with and without the graphics card settings you suggested. No change. Noobie question - AA/AF?
