iXenite
This isn't the official Bethesda forums, nor is it the Sony forums. Thus, we can't do anything about apps that directly interface with the PS4 or the Vita. Also, all mods will be made on PC through the Creation Kit. Suitable mods will then be uploaded directly to Bethesda.net, which will be accessible to PC, PS4 and Xbox One users via the main menu of the game. There is also a feedback system in place on Bethesda.net, not a very good one I suppose, but there is one in place already. I'm not really sure what you're trying to suggest by bringing the Vita into this at all. I'm sorry. Edited May 18, 2016 by DaddyDirection

bben46
Mods are still new for console users ( xbox, PS) but are old for PC users. Nexus has been hosting PC mods for nearly 15 years now. We don't really have much for the non PC users here yet. And because of the way mods have been implemented on consoles by Bethesda, we will probably not be hosting console ready mods here for the foreseeable future. Just because there is a mod on the Nexus, that does not mean it will work on a console. I suspect there will still be quite a few that won't work. What will you do with a mod that maps some action to a key you don't have? Or a mod that doesn't work because it uses an incompatible script extender to call functions that don't exist on your console? And, there are mod authors who do not want their mods used on consoles. Mainly because they just don't want the added hassle of having to support the mod in more than one place and on more than one platform. Nexus policy is to follow the wishes of the mod author on this. And if someone thinks they are doing a favour by stealing mods to upload somewhere else, we consider it a ban offence. So be sure you have the mod author's permission if you do this with someone elses mods.
JimboUK
The Vita is a closed system, you can't just write an app for it, anyway it's not needed, mods are uploaded from the PC they were created on.
