magmameister
I have the Steam version of the game, just so you know. I did manage to tinker with the mod so I could getting it working in New Vegas for my own personal use so I can send comparative screenshots so you can see what I mean.Link: http://imgur.com/a/7ng5z Top screenshot is the mod in FNV using the showbarbermenu command in console showing the hairstyles added by said mod.Bottom screenshot is the same screen in FO3 but the custom hairs are missing (they usually display above the vanilla ones). Purr4me
the lower shot does show default as in Vanilla, it means your correct, the mod's data is not loading. NV is a newer Engine and you possibly made better changes for the install.Fo3 can not be ran and modded at the same time IF it is installed in the default slots. No matter how or what you do, the system "windows" will not allow it. In order to over come the system UAC issues, advice's as to doing so is against MY rules as doing such will compromise a users PC / OS. UAC protects the system from unauthorized changes. I would not advise you to compromise the system. Just install the game or copy it else where, any place other than C:\Program Files and Folders.Change it's path IN steams settings to accommodate the change. your good to go and the data will then show up. magmameister
It's weird. Both games are installed in the exact same location in my Steam folder. The hair mod never had ANY issues in FO3 up until I installed TTB. This is what's getting me because the issue with the hair mod only cropped up after TTB was installed. I'm confused and frustrated right now.

If you move out / remove TTB's plugin, load the game, see the message that it was removed / relies on something not there, ans then see if the data your after loads? simple eliminations. TTB can only effect its' own data and upwards, it can not effect the characters data. If you need a patch for TTB, that I can handle. But the issues is not TTB. magmameister
As a point of interest I did try disabling TTB to see if the hair mod would load then. After going through the screens I did find that the hair mod loaded just fine, so I'm not sure what's going on then. Is there something up with plugin/mod load order or is it another option entirely? magmameister
Okay, so I did try uninstalling both mods and then reinstalling them in the order you stipulated but I'm still only seeing the vanilla hairstyles and not the ones from the hairpack mod. No joy. D:
Purr4me
What I see is a single hair file.http://s32.postimg.org/imdtzm2qd/Hair.jpg
Purr4me
It targets TTB's character ,nothing else. install order decides what gets what. OR NMM OR the data is going into the wrong place. what your dealing with is know install issues. A few million posts prove that. Like I said, I can make a patch and force the issue. magmameister
If you can patch the issue then that would be great. I'm at a loss as to what else I can try here so if you could make the patch, that would be great. Not sure why only a single hair file is showing though. When I was working on the conversion to FNV there were multiples, but that's besides the point. But thanks for helping me out. Means a lot. :)
