Hitlerecka Posted May 7, 2016 Share Posted May 7, 2016 Hello everybody, I write this because I don´t understand how to add weapons in the game, after a lot of experiments and observations of the nif files form other standalone weapons mod but I did not understand how it works in the game, I mean to the weapon system. I know that in other fallout games like new vegas the standar procedure was choose a vanilla weapon that would fit to your weapon and override it in the vanilla nif. The same thing happen to the weapon attachment, that were positioned in the model for example , with this metod , a bayonet would go under the barrel. So, would someone explain how works the actual weapons system? Is valid this procedure with fO4? What can you tell me about the custom weapon positioning in 3ds max?
