SnippyTheDeliveryFox
I just got Fallout 4 up and running again after about a month of not playing. I followed the setup instructions to the letter as seen here:http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_InstallationBut nothing shows up in my mods. Everything is in non read-only and my other ini files are all in line, all my mods are up to date with all the required resources to make them work.I'm running the most updated version of the game (patch 1.5) and have done everything, from disabling and re-enabling everything to starting on a fresh install. If it matters, I'm running the game off an installation on a hard drive that is separate from my ini files--as in the game is installed on my D: drive but my documents are on my C: drive, but the fresh install put the documents there anyway so that's not the issue. Was there something I missed? Did they change the requirements for s#*! to add to the ini's again and it just hasn't been updated in the wiki?
JimmyRJump
There's different 1.5 patches. The latest is 1.5.157 (as far as I know, haven't checked recently) and needs some serious tinkering to make mods work. Versions prior to the 1.5.157 wll have no problems loading mods. You also need the latest version of NMM, should you use it to download and install mods. Since the .157 update, there's known issues with any mod that changes the UI, so, for starters, best de-activate anything UI-related and see if there's updates for those mods. Also have a look at this topic.
