Load Order/Bethesda's Update

I need help with the mods that I am using through Nexus Mod Manager. Ever since Bethesda made that update that includes mods, mine have been starting to not show up or turn each other off in game. So my question is, is there something that I can use to manually do my load order? Should I use Bethesda's Load Order system?

 

If anyone has any advice or tips for me so I can get my game working better again please help! I am open to any suggestions as long as you give me enough information. I've only known how to successfully use Nexus Mod Manager and I have a basic understanding about Load Orders. I just don't know what setup or software would be right for me.

Is there anything I have to do to make it work? I got it set up and everything but I loaded my game and there wasn't any changes.

Download LOOT/

In NMM, click Tools tab/

Right click LOOT/

Point it to where LOOT resides.

Launch LOOT from NMM.
