redesigned vivec and vivec expantion problem

It pretty much works fine but the door to vivecs chamber was missing, turns out its floating behind the building above the water! is there any way to fix this?

I know this is an old topic so apologies. I'm having the same problem except that Vivec's door leads to a cell in the ashlands. I am using the combined mod mentioned.

 

Before going into the CS to try fix it just wanted to know if there is a fix already? Thanks for any help. :-)
