yaik7a
For some reason my Fallout NV not updating it is stuck on 1.3, how can I get steam to update NV or can I do it manually.
kevkiev
That's strange. Do you happen to have properties/updates set to "do not automatically update this game"? (ie right click on the game to get properties, then go to updates tab)
yaik7a
Yes I already checked that, I deactivated it then turned back on too this is pretty irritating because I can't play OWB.
maboru
You could try making sure auto update is on and then run verify cache and see if that picks up on it. Many people have a problem with no auto update preventing an auto update! Not sure where you live but has 1.4 been released to all countries yet? kevkiev
oh, and I wouldn't worry if you get a message that 1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired (or something like that) - oddly enough, that seems to happen most of the time.
