SITE BUG: Images won't upload

Problem #1:

 

Was trying to upload new screens of my mod and although I followed the naming conventions each time I tried, I always got this error message, and my screens could not upload:

 

There were one or more issues with your form submissions. Please review the errors below then go back and try again.

 

Please only use letters, numbers and the following characters in your file name: "!" , "_" , "-" , "."

 

Problem #2:

 

I have replaced some old screenshots with new ones of the same name as each file before, but the thumbnail images / preview size images one sees when one clicks "see all [number] screenshots" look the same as the old files. When clicked, the new/correct images load, but the actual large images obviously don't match the thumbnails.
