Calemyr
I like the Sink as a base. Sure, I can't take vanilla companions there but Willow comes along without difficulty and she's really all the companionship I could ask for. But what the Sink lacks is a showroom, such as the ones in presented in the Underground Hideout or the Lucky 38 Suite Reloaded. Being able to show off the weapon collection you've built one dead raider at a time has always been a high priority mod for me. The room with your organs (or not, if you put them all back) serves next to no purpose in the Sink. Turning that room into a museum would be fantastic. I tried myself, but the mannequins I was using apparently counted as followers and made the jump every time I used that darn transportalponder device. raverbane
I was sort thinking about something like this, myself. The idea I was batting about was to expand the player home aspect of The Sink into the Think Tank. Lots of room in there for a display area and anything else a player could want to add with a little remodelling. Saves having to make a new worldspace and it is already has a door and everything. The only downside is not everyone goes with the kill-all-the-psycho-bugnutz-brain-bots option.
Calemyr
I didn't kill 'em, myself. I rather liked the ending I got, where the Think Tank ends up working for the Courier. Given that most of my run throughs have the Courier building a coalition of factions loyal to them, the addition of the greatest minds of the last two centuries working in the most advanced labs in the known world at the Courier's bidding was just too rich to pass up. Actually, I'd kinda like to see a mod that builds on that, if such a thing were possible. Or, at least, building an RTS community either at the theatre or in the MT.
