Oblivion has stopped working when I press Load!

Um, seen indeed no mod which need OBSE there, yet you Must Not use the original launcher anymore, just start from Oblivion.exe (the launcher can mess the hardly worked load order in a blink). Use only OBMM or Wrye's bash to change load order and make sure the option to change dates is off on Wrye's to avoid conflicting the above two.

 

Now, a bit off topic, avoiding OBSE is just limiting yourself... that utility is almost flaw proof (because it's functions are self contained and easy to test to exhaustion, the mods are another history but a poorly written mod is so bad with vanilla as with OBSE)... but of course if no mod using it in the load order the utility becomes superfluous.

i have OBSE, but im not using it :s lol.... idk why, but i just cant find a mod i like that uses OBSE :s.... well, except there was this graphics one, but it never changed the game's graphics >.<

 

so, back to the topic. ill use oblivion.exe like u said, but how do i change load order with OBMM or wyre bash? :s (im sorry, i have to experience with the stuff Dx)
