Yup, Ethreon is correct. I had no new items in my game also, and removed the redundant (in my playthrough) SSEX mod and everything works fine now. It's a tough call however, if your game does rely on Homemaker or Settlement Keywords. Luckily I use neither of those.

Unless you use a really old SSEX, it wouldn't cause any issues. I made it vanilla based.

dang, luckaly other than some decorating in my personal house, i think my settlement is vanilla (other than possibly 2 lightsorces, i think my "power line" light source is fine as it has no flavor text saying to attach wires to it.) i kept it around for the store mats but i found a cash register mod and have been doing that, furnature as well but i have yet to get around to using those... unless some of my containers are from it 0_0. i wonder what causes conflicts, like everything was fine exept for neon lights in wasteland workshop. ill look into ssex for furnature seeing that homemaker seems to be on hiatus, honestly all the unfinished stuff in homemaker annoyed me (non nav meshed perfabs and stuff)

why the need to build damnage structures and buildings? Seriously is such a nonsense. Why there isn't a perk improvement for getting better buildings and create a house not builted with junk?

Why we can't build better structures instead of a broken one? There isn' a mod to fix that, even with glass?
