  1. Hello there folks, i'm SignorNessuno, aka Mr.Caputo, and i ask you if someone would like to help me with the creation of these 3 new enemies i thinked about. https://mrcaputo.tumblr.com/post/162181640832/just-having-fun-with-some-brain-bot-ideas I made them for the lack of robot enemies in Fallout 4. The assaultron is a great introduction in this game, but still feel like there is something missing. And for Liberty Prime, well... He's the only giant robot in all the game, and it's quite a pity there are no other robotic behemoth like enemies (the sentry is just more like a tank), but also robot troops that aren't like the institute synths but having an aspect much more robotic. And sure why not, even brain drones, since eyebots are the only floating robots. I guess we need much more variety with our robotic enemies! So here's the list. The Brain Robodroid A regular "robo" soldier, just like the gen 1 and 2 Synth but equipped with the mesmetron. The Brainbuster A behemoth like robobrain, and your worst nightmare if you meet him, early in game. Braindrone The "scout" of the group I'm only an artist but i would like to start a collaboration with Animators and 3d modelers. So let me know if you are interested in this enemy project mod.
  2. No. The problem is: that character is from another game. We're talking about dwarfs in Fallout 4, and i'm still actually surprised that we never saw a midget in the entire game. Only kids, that's for sure.
  3. yes? ok... But we are talking about a possible introduction of drawrfs in the commonwealth with mods. What's the point of that?
  4. Well, just up this old topic. Anyone could still considers the idea to put dwarfs in a mod for Fallout 4? And maybe see them as random people in most of the factions?
  5. and places like Far Harbor or some areas in Boston can be good for them Hell yeah, Far Harbor is themed with Lovecraftian lore, and dark lord worshiping product of incest is a direct reference to the Dunwitch horror which is west of Boston well, swampfolks are a product of incest. Seems a valid thing for use them. Specially in some areas of the island, could be pretty closed to the external world.
  6. and places like Far Harbor or some areas in Boston can be good for them
  7. I doubt it. You could do it yourself, but you'll have one huge ass file archive for a relatively small feature. i can't because creation kit and fallout 4 can't work on my laptop, and it's the only computer i have.
  8. true, but as i said, i would like found other ways for scrapping stuff during my travels across the Commonwealth
  9. Although you can not scrap all the garbage, debris and the bodies of your enemies (ok for the latter there is a specific model), except in areas for our settlements.I'm just wondering if it were possible to have an option that allows us to "interact" with them and scrap them. Not a workshop mode, which would crash our game. quite normal "interaction" as ordinary objects, only once "selected" a screen that tells me if I want to scrap or not the object to me selected. It is definitely frustrating explore the ruins or roads throughout Boston, Nuka World and Far Harbor, and not be able to recover any material but only in what we can have in our settlements or to buy in other stores. Here are some example: I'm passing by a bridge, and I see a lot of cars, I have shortage of money, but mostly of plastic, metal, copper and other components. I approach the vehicle and began to scrap one at a time. Or:He is in an abandoned shop, suffered several crashes, despite this, I discovered that in the rubble some debris can be recovered as copper, concrete, etc. I have lack of radioactive material for my Vault reactors, I discovered an abandoned truck filled with radioactive barrels. I can scrap to recover the waste, metals and reuse them for my experiments. I'm in an area full of super mutants, after killing all of them, I notice that some of the "meat bags" can be converted into excellent fertilizer for my settlements. Well, if you could "interact" in the creation kit and create an option that would allow us to clean up around the Commonwealth. But I'd say remove all debris would be a mistake, and would create conflicts in some areas of the game, especially in the "rooms."However, I wonder if it is possible to make all objects can "spawn" after a certain time. And of course with a special option that can be activated at any time with the Pip Boy. What do you think?
  10. But the dwarfs have different size compared to the standart human size. The head is normal, but the body is much more shorter. Here, take a look about one of the most popular dwarfs from the tv aka Tyrion Lannister
  11. You know, i'm surprised that there are no dwarfs in Fallout 4. I guess could be interesting see some of them in this chapter by mods. No, i'm not talking about the Drunken Gnomes mod where you have to collect all the gnomes hidden in all the Fallout 4 locations. I'm talking about a new type of NPC. It's true we have childrens and we can "hurt" them with mods, but i'm surprised that there aren't dwarfs around the Commonwealth (and in Fallout 3, and in New Vegas) and the only time we could see a bunch of them, are in just in Fallout 1 and 2. As the Fallout Wiki says http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Dwarf I guess they could be pretty common in Boston or even in Far Harbor for the constant radiations we found in these places. Maybe have them as settlers, or possible enemies like raiders, gunners, or even members of the main factions from the vanilla game, to the main DLCs. Oh gosh, we could even have some ghoul dwarfs if that could be possible! Imagine that!
  12. well that's true, at the least we could have "not all mutants are bad"
  13. you're american, but most of the people who play it aren't also american. We don't know nothing about the culture inside the states. btw, we are in a wild world where there is no more civilization, law and order. Just the rule "the more strong must survive". And back to the swampfolks: let's just have fun with these mutants. After all they are a good replacement for the supermutants. And i still think this plague could be better used in a future fallout game.
  14. I know it sounds corny, but because you can not have some glass or mirror surfaces that reflect all that surrounds them? Sounds a bit frustrating to go in front of a mirror and not see anything, if only one "unidentified" piece of glass? Would not it be better if you have these mirrors reflect, instead of always showing that gray / white, or that they are always all broken, as an excuse to understand that you can not reflect the image in a mirror in Fallout 4, for limitations due to the graphics engine?
  15. swampfolks are a sort of mutant born from incest and black plague. Is possible there are other types of mutants similar like them in some parts of the post war america. I guess they could be an interesting variant (and good replacement) for the FEV supermutants. But far harbor doesn't have MUTANTS. Radiations should mutate your body in something ugly. The fog is a nonsense. Trappers should be turned into something rotten and ugly. But no, they are just regular raiders with a new armor. I've not played Far Harbor, but I've seen reviews of it, that fog is supernatural. And I like the fact that they're no obvious appearance changes. I'm third generation hillbilly and I found the violent, disfigured caricature of back country people to be very offensive. This was only partially relieved when I found out they were Cthulu cultists. I'm normally the f*** your feelings type but a AAA developer would get away with that level of blackface for any other combination of race and class. The thing is though having a group of people having Swampfolk like disfigurements from generations of New Plague, the way people were often scarred from smallpox, would be interesting. Even better, helping them get to an auto-doc that can restore them to normal appearance. Supernatural? Nah, it isn't. Probably full of allucinations. You should play it when you have time. We don't know much about the plague, no studies and documents in the post war america and how cure it. I would like to see if there was a quest about finding and searching a cure for ending the plague. Racist? Please sterotypes can be real. They just looks grotesque for their mutations and some body parts with tumoral problems.

  17. Marketing and milking the brand. But let's back and talk about the swampfolks. In fallout 3 we saw just 5 of them. And 2 of them are just a skin color variant, covered with blood in some parts of their body. So i guess, what if we could have even a female variant of these swampfolks?
  18. that's because they forget to re use them. They have such potential. Too bad they are ignored. But thankfully we have mods. And i really hope to see the 3D model of these swampfolks one day.
  19. I play both. Just for fun and see how is the world by the point of view of Nora and Nate.
  20. The museum of witchcraft for me was the most boring place ever to explore (same for the quest). No black magic references from Poin Lookout. Or even the Asylum from the Cabot family quest, assaulted by the swampfolks. Just by regular lazy raiders. Yeah, but there's no reason why Swampfolk (assuming g they're Cthulu cultists) would have any interest in Lorenzo Cabot. The idea of at some point, the luck of the Cabot family ran out and raiders looking for their next high found a case full of their serum and decided they had to have MORE. Despite the quest's supernatural nature, it's a very realistic reason for things to unravel. Very Fallout. ALthoughyou can make the case that Boston metropolitan area is no place for raiders and should be as rebuilt as New Vegas, is another issue. for what i can see, they are ignorant, and easy to fool. Probably if they could be in Boston, that's because they are "following" the call to their "prophet"? Or maybe the ritual kinfe inside Dunwitch?

  22. We are all surprised there are no swampfolks in Fallout 4. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Swampfolk Of course, they are only for Point Lookout in Fallout 3, but i guess they could be a good variant, instead of having always supermutants and ghouls. Maybe these people, fruit of black plague and incest, can be a good variant as common enemy in all the east coast. Instead of the south east of the US. If you remember them, probably you realize how much strong they are compared to the Capital Wasteland's supermutants. Is really a pity, there are no mods about them. It would be really interesting fight them, instead of the supermutants, ghouls raiders, or gunners. At the least we could understand why these people are living next to rivers or swamp. Same in Far Harbor, is just a pity we can only find trappers aka the raiders of Far Harbor and... supermutants? I guess we have a lack of contents here. Do you think there should be a mod about them?
  23. Hello everyone, i'm SignorNessuno aka MrCaputo, and i've made this webcomic called Pulp World https://tapastic.com/series/Pulp-World This story is setted in a crazy universe where science fiction and fantasy come together in a crazy and wild world (well more than one world, whereas we Horror, Steampunk, Fantasy, Cyberpunk and Rock'n'Roll) I like the world of Fallout, and I'd love to see my characters in it. (Like all the fans of this saga of course). It would be nice to make a miniquest, but it would be enough even simple costumes and their weapons. What do you think about, folks?
