Children in Skyrim?

...would every race have a set of kids in the game world? For example, you travel to one of the cities and see a group of baby orcs (lol) and then a group of babies? How would they interact with people?

Babies? They'd cry, puke, and fill their diapers like most babies - IF they are aiming for any degree of realism.

Babies would probably just be more of a object then a NPC.

Babies I've heard no mention of. However, children are in the info list. I really highly doubt there will be these babies you seem to be talking about. They will have child NPCs working like Fallout 3 had more than likely. So this probably means an age range from 8-15 lets say. As for what races it covers, I can not say as I lack the info.

What happens when a khajiit and an argonian try to make beautiful children?

Probably nothing, I highly doubt that Argonian-Khajiit intercourse would produce any offspring.

Actually, according to the lore, it's possible for Argonians and Khajiit to breed.

The offspring will have the race of the mother, and will have some features like the father ( skin color and other minor ones).

So no, you can't make a lizard with fur.

One might further wonder whether the proper classification of these same “races,” to use the imprecise but useful term, should be made from the assumption of a common heritage and the differences between them have arisen from magickal experimentation, the manipulations of the so-called "Earth Bones," or from gradual changes from one generation to the next."

It's more likely for a khajiit to be able to breed with a human/elf than an argonian (And they have before). Same goes for orcs.

"Argonians are sequential hermaphrodites, meaning that they change gender; the time spent as either a male or female is known as a life-phase.[2] Argonian hatchlings can be of either gender.[3] Argonians can range from completely lizard-like to almost human; this is decided by the amount of Hist sap they ingest as hatchlings, which ceremonially takes place on their Naming Day.[3] Ancient cave paintings depict figures which appear to be more tree-like than Argonian."

 

Though I'm betting Bethesda will do their usual ignore-retcon on that one.
