dragbody Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 I've used nifscope and successfully created the model for my gun. It looks fine in game and the static works perfectly. However, when I equip the weapon, its CTDs 80% of the time, and when it allows me to equip the weapon, it is way too big. Any suggestions? Ruadhan2300 Posted August 5, 2011 Share Posted August 5, 2011 ah yes, this old problem, I have this a lot when I work with nifskope. whenever I try to manually adjust a weapon or armor or projectile. and I'm not just changing a few variables. it does this to me.not sure why its not happening 100% of the time though. that's odd. the fact that it fails when you equip it, but works fine as a static is pretty suggestive of where you might have gone wrong, take a look at the animations particularly.as far as its size goes, is that when its a static too?if so, then just changing the overall scale of the gun will do the job fine, otherwise its got me beat.
