firsTraveler
Do you prefer using individual mods or the big overhauls?
Dan3345
Project Nevada all the way. Really its the only mod I need. Littler mods are for new armors and such, nothing else really.
Akallabeth
Generally speaking I avoid overhaul mods as they often buggy and vary in quality within themselves, mostly due to them incorporating smaller mods of drastically varying workmanship. That said when I am not opposed to larger mods, especially total conversions or story modifications that do not interfere with the basic New Vegas game. If pushed I would say I prefer small mods, I like how New Vegas play, but it needs a few small changes to make it perfect and that's what small mods do. Sunnie
I tend to stay away from large overhauls, my experience with them hasn't been one of stability. I just mod the stuff I am interested in and happily play entire play throughs with not a single crash.
midtek
Big overhauls are great only if you are able to handle FNVEdit in my experience. Even the most compatible overhaul like Project Nevada usually have conflicts with other mods which can be fixed by FNVEdit by personal in some minutes. I use very complicated set with my personal patch that adjust & fix them all in handful size of 200kb. The game is fun than ever without a single crash. If not capable of it, Project Neveda Core Module isonly a big overhaul I recommend. Or maybe my DLC OWB balancing patch, but hell, I will cut my BS.
